Terms and Conditions

Overview

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Morning Meeting Membership, including our free week of freebies, our trial membership, our paid membership, and any other digital products, services, communities, downloads, resources, or features we currently offer or may introduce in the future in connection with the Morning Meeting Membership, offered by Teach to Love Learning, LLC ("Teach to Love Learning," "we," "us," or "our") at morningmeetingmembership.com. By signing up for the free week, starting a trial membership, joining the paid membership, purchasing any related product, or otherwise using our site, you agree to these Terms.

These Terms work alongside the Teach to Love Learning, LLC site-wide Terms and Conditions at teachtolovelearning.com/terms/, which cover our company more broadly. Where the two differ, these Terms govern your use of the Morning Meeting Membership specifically.

1. Payments and Purchases

When you join the membership or purchase an individual resource, you agree to pay the price shown at checkout, along with any applicable taxes. Prices and what's included may change over time; the price you agreed to at signup will not change for as long as your membership stays active and in good standing.

2. Trials and Automatic Renewal

If you start a trial membership, it will automatically convert into a paid, recurring membership at the end of the trial period unless you cancel before it converts, or unless stated otherwise at checkout. Simply not using the membership does not cancel it for you. Our free week of freebies is separate from the membership, is not a trial, and does not automatically convert into a paid membership.

3. No Refunds

All sales are final. We do not offer full, partial, or prorated refunds, including for trial conversions, monthly renewals, or individually purchased resources.

4. Membership Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your membership at any time. To avoid being billed for the next cycle, cancellation requests must be submitted at least 48 hours prior to 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time on your billing date. We cannot guarantee that a request submitted after that time will stop the upcoming charge.

5. Cancellation Immediately Revokes Membership Access

Once your membership is cancelled, your access to membership-only content ends immediately, including slides, resources, or downloads you accessed or saved during your membership. Your license to use membership resources also ends at that time.

6. Rejoining a Membership

If you cancel and later rejoin, your rejoining is treated as a new membership subject to the Terms and pricing in place at that time.

7. Individually Purchased Digital Products

If you purchase an individual resource, such as a single week of slides, outside of the membership, that purchase is licensed to you separately and is not affected by the membership cancellation terms above.

8. Third-Party Marketplaces

If you purchase our resources through a third-party marketplace, such as Teachers Pay Teachers (TPT), that marketplace's terms and refund policies apply to that purchase instead of this section.

9. License and Usage

All slides, resources, materials, downloads, templates, and other content we make available now or in the future through the Morning Meeting Membership are licensed, not sold, to you.

10. Membership License

Your membership gives you a personal, single-user, non-transferable license to use our current and future slides, resources, and other membership content in your own classroom or with your own students, for as long as your membership remains active and in good standing.

11. Intellectual Property Ownership

All slides, designs, graphics, resources, and other content we create or make available, whether existing now or created in the future, are the intellectual property of Teach to Love Learning, LLC. Your license lets you use them; it does not transfer ownership.

12. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account.

13. Product and Membership Changes

We may add, remove, or change slides, features, pricing, or any other part of the membership at any time, including introducing new products, resources, or services under the Morning Meeting Membership. We are not obligated to continue offering any particular feature, resource, or product.

14. Future Products and Services

These Terms automatically apply to any new product, service, resource, or feature we introduce under the Morning Meeting Membership name, whether offered as part of the membership or separately, unless we state otherwise at the time we introduce it.

15. Educational Use Disclaimer

Our resources are designed for general classroom use. We do not guarantee any specific educational outcome from using them.

16. Disclaimer of Warranties

The membership and our resources, current or future, are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, to the extent allowed by law.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the extent allowed by law, Teach to Love Learning, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the membership or any product or service offered under it.

18. Prohibited Use

You may not share, resell, redistribute, or upload our slides, resources, or any other current or future membership content to any shared drive, server, or resource-sharing site, or use them in a way that violates these Terms or the law.

19. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Teach to Love Learning, LLC harmless from claims arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of our resources.

20. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top. Continuing to use the site or membership after an update means you accept the revised Terms, to the extent the law allows.
